This policy explains how PONMURUGAN DHALL MILLS, operating the Mayil Mark store at new.mayilmark.com, uses information when you browse, create an account, review a product, place an order or contact us.

Payments and service providers

When online payment is available, payment details are handled by the payment provider presented at checkout, including BillDesk where enabled. Our application does not collect or store card CVVs, banking passwords or payment OTPs. Payment providers and banks process information under their own policies.

We share delivery details with fulfilment and courier providers to deliver your order, and necessary information with hosting, payment and support providers to operate the store. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell customer personal information.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies maintain your signed-in session and help protect form submissions. Browser storage remembers your basket and saved products; temporary session storage holds a Buy now selection. You can clear these using your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out or clear saved selections.

Fonts may load from Google Fonts. The contact page embeds Google Maps, which connects to Google when the map loads. WhatsApp support and social sharing links open the selected service only when you choose them. Sharing sends the public product or offer link; it does not send your basket, account or delivery details. Those providers may receive technical connection information when you use their services and apply their own privacy policies.

Product reviews

Approved reviews display your first name and, where available, your surname initial, rating, review text and date. Your email address and delivery details are not published with your review. Please exclude personal contact details from review text. You can update your review through your customer account on the product page; changes are reviewed before publication.

Retention and your requests

We retain information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, provide support, resolve disputes and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of account information, or to withdraw consent where applicable. We may verify your identity and explain any records we must retain by law.
